IMPORTANT: Remember - no set-up required. Just fit the kit, enjoy the performance. It really is that easy. Beautifully engineered to fit your car and retain your standard air box. When fitted - it's hardly noticeable when you open the bonnet. However, start the engine and notice smoother idle; reduced lag on the Turbo and lots more low down useable torque.

The kit can be fitted by the DIY installer, however - we recommend that fitting only be carried out by a suitable and competent specialist. Full UK instructions and UK based support are supplied. Dyno verified installation (with before and after measurement) is available for ::PAGE EXPIRED::0000 899.95 - this gives you comprehensive confirmation of your cars power, torque and AFR pre-installation and the same - post installation. Performance gains can not be guaranteed because of the variance of engine & drive train condition (951's are over 15 years old!).

The ProMAX Motorsport chips (ECU EPROMS) have been programmed to take advantage of the increased fuel flow of the 55# injectors. Different fuel enrichment is user selectable using the FQS switch. The chips also provide for 3 different fuel maps (1.2, 1.35 & 1.5 bar boost) as well as ignition retard settings.

Extra safety features have been incorporated into these chips to ensure the durability of your car under increased boost as well. A pre-emptive ignition-retard is used based upon outside air temperatures. If air temperatures exceed a pre-set safe level due to hot weather, ignition-timing will be retarded to reduce the chance of head gasket failures. The recommended boost for this installation is 1.2 bar (18psi). Standard boost on the 944 Turbo is 0.70 to 0.82 bar. The 1.5 bar setting can only be used after suitable exhaust modifications. Power figures quoted for 1.2 bar (18psi).

This feature has allowed the advancement of ignition timing to extract extra low-end torque & response - this virtually removes all traces of turbo-lag. The ProMAX Level 3 kit is great value and fits to your car in about 12-16 hours (subject to how easily the original turbocharger can be removed).
