Based on the very popular B-Spec., the all new PRofec B-Spec. II's basic function to increase boost is as easy as the
original, with an added built in boost pressure display and optional features like real-time, peak or last boost
display (in either kPa or PSI).
There are optional warning and boost limiter functions that can be programmed to offer much more control. The two presets values can be stored and are executed by a larger capacity inline solenoid valve. This unit does not require extensive programming and is ideal for low to high boost levels for single or twin turbos with actuator or external Wastegates. Using Electronic Boost Control allows you to run the same boost in all gears. The Profec B-Spec 2 also shows the boost pressure via it's integrated digital display and offers advantages over more basic manual boost controllers. |
The GReddy PRofec B-spec. is one of the simplest, easy to use electronic boost controllers on the market today. The B-spec uses a reliable twin-solenoid valve control motor. There are two presets labelled Lo. and Hi., as well as a Balance knob to alter the wastegate boost response. This unit also can be used with both integral/actuator or external/poppet style Wastegates good for twin and sequential turbo setups.
