Due to the intended use, all ProMAX Motorsport products are sold 'as-is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose which are hereby expressly excluded. The buyer assumes all risk as to quality, performance and use of these products and agrees to hold ProMAX Motorsport, and their agents and employees harmless for any injury, loss, or damage; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of ProMAX Motorsport products. Many parts are intended for 'Off-Road' and 'Racing' applications only. It is suggested any country specific emission regulations be checked in the area of intended use. Should any product prove defective after purchase, ProMAX Motorsport's liability shall be limited to refunding the original cost of the product. In the event of a 14 day money back satisfaction warranty - products must be returned in merchantable condition without any damage and will only be accepted if the product does not perform as advertised. In addition, ProMAX Motorsport reserves the right to modify and or discontinue parts without notice. All prices are subject to change. ProMAX Motorsport may also supply a substitute brand or other equivalent product of the same or better quality than that advertised on this site (in the event the original advertised product is no longer available). ProMAX Motorsport reserves the right to offer either a credit note or a cash refund depending on the circumstances of any authorised return.
